Returns

3. If the item has not been processed for shipping and left our store (we generally process items for shipping within 3-4 hours).
In the event you desire to cancel an order prior to processing, please contact us at salesexpert@luxurygoround.com.If a refund is necessary or authorized by us, we will forward a return label to your email address, you must return the item within 48 hours of the date the return label was emailed to you. No return will be accepted for items that appear to be used or worn, do not include the security tag, or reflect the damage that was not reflected on the item at the time of the original sale.
