SHIPPING POLICY 

SHIPPING FEES FOR BUYERS AND SELLERS 

Buying:

FREE standard shipping in the United States for all domestic orders above $1,000. International shipping fees vary with the courier of choice. Please contact shop@luxurygoround.com for shipping arrangements. Email the following details: Invoice Number and Name of Customer. 

Please note that you, as the customer, are solely responsible upon delivery for any import taxes, custom duties, goods and services tax (GST), value-added tax (VAT), customs fees, and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country as well as compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. 

All items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as "used" when shipped outside of the United States. We cannot declare any item as a “gift”. 

Items made of exotic materials cannot be shipped outside the United States. 

No returns can be accepted as stated in our Returns and Refunds Policy here. 

ORDER FULFILMENT

 All items are physically in our possession our in route to our store.  Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days and estimated delivery dates are provided during checkout.

 Luxury GoRound is open from Monday-Friday 12noon - 6 pm (Eastern Time). If your order is placed during a weekend, holiday, or outside of our normal business hours, the item will be prepared for shipment within the following 3-5 business days.

 We always review, verify and approve every order. Inconsistencies between billing and shipping information may cause a delay. We may contact you, so please provide cell or home phone numbers for both billing and shipping. In order to protect against fraud, we only ship items to the billing address connected to your payment method.

Once the tracking number has been created, we are no longer able to make any changes to the shipping. If you have changes to your order or shipping details prior to your order being shipped, please contact us at 301.664.4364 or send an email to shop@luxurygoround.com using your registered email address at Luxury GoRound.

 Selling:

FREE inbound shipping labels whenever you sell or consign your handbag to Luxury GoRound. We offer free insured domestic shipping within United States. At this time, we do not accept consignments from sellers from outside United States.

 INTERNATIONAL CURRENCY INFORMATION

 All prices shown and the amount due reflected at checkout are represented in US Dollars and do not include import taxes, customs duties and any other applicable fees imposed by the destination country. International transactions on all items will be made in US Dollars only and in the same US Dollar amount that was paid to us at the time of order. We are unable to provide any currency exchange estimates as these rates constantly fluctuate and will depend on the payment method used. All transactions are subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing and are determined by the intermediary financial institutions. 

COURIER AND DELIVERIES 

We use UPS as our courier for all our domestic shipments.  Please check their website here for delivery schedules.

While deliveries may be scheduled for a specified arrival, we cannot guarantee delivery by any specific time. Delays may be caused by weather or mechanical issues, which are out of  our control.  Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot edit the shipping address. 

All shipments are tracked and insured.  You can track your item on www.luxurygoround.com or UPS’ website.
