RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We know you will love your purchase from Luxury GoRound. Worry-free shopping and peace of mind are critical to our relationship with you. We offer a multi-layered authentication process by our in-house team. We stand by our 100% certified authenticity or your money-back guarantee. We sell preloved items, so please be sure to review all photos of each item. If you have any questions about the authenticity of your purchase, please email us at authentication@luxurygoround.com.

The following items are NOT eligible for return: handbags, small leather goods, hats, or items sold at 30% or more off the original list price and all FINAL sale items.

We will accept returns in the event of the following:

If you received the incorrect item;
If you contact us at salesexpert@luxurygoround.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item and the security tags remain attached and have not been tampered with or alternated, upon review of the item and at our sole discretion, we may accept a return; or
If the item has not been processed for shipping and left our store (we generally process items for shipping within 3-4 hours).

REFUND POLICY

If a refund is necessary or authorized by us, we will forward a return label to your email address, you must return the item within 48 hours of the date the return label was emailed to you. The item must be in the same condition, including the dustbag, box, felt, locks, etc. Any return that does not adhere to the requirements, will not be considered for a return. Upon receipt and review of the item, we will generally process the return within four business days. The fee for the return label will be deducted from the return amount that will be credited back to you. Your return will be processed back through the method of payment you used to purchase (returned to your credit card, site credit, gift card, etc.). Receive an additional 10% credit if you select the site credit option.

No return will be accepted for items that appear to be used or worn, do not include the security tag, or reflect the damage that was not reflected on the item at the time of the original sale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
