Returns

2. If you contact us at salesexpert@luxurygoround.com within 48 hours of receipt of the item and the security tags remain attached and have not been tampered with or alternated, upon review of the item and at our sole discretion, we may accept a return; or
3. If the item has not been processed for shipping and left our store (we generally process items for shipping within 3-4 hours).
In the event you desire to cancel an order prior to processing, please contact us at salesexpert@luxurygoround.com.If a refund is necessary or authorized by us, we will forward a return label to your email address, you must return the item within 48 hours of the date the return label was emailed to you. The item must be in the same condition, including the dustbag, box, felt, locks, etc. Any return that does not adhere to the requirements, will not be considered for a return. Upon receipt and review of the item, we will generally process the return within four business days. The fee for the return label will be deducted from the return amount that will be credited back to you. Your return will be processed back through the method of payment you used to purchase (returned to your credit card, site credit, gift card, etc.). No return will be accepted for items that appear to be used or worn, do not include the security tag, or reflect the damage that was not reflected on the item at the time of the original sale.
